Laura grew up in Mesa, Colorado, and spent the majority of her time outdoors either riding horses, hiking with dogs or going skiing.  Laura has always been an avid animal lover and has spent a lot of time training dogs and horses. Laura received her Equine Sciences Degree at Colorado State University in 2016 and has since worked in hospitality, event management, horse show management, rodeo management, customer service and real estate.

Laura moved from the Front Range of Colorado to Mesa in January 2023 and began the journey to starting Mesa Creek Pet Resort, LLC!  Laura has always wanted to start a business in Mesa to help the people in the area with their animals.  Laura and her husband, Tanner, came up for the idea for the pet resort when they were having issues finding help for their dogs when they wanted to go skiing on day or weekend trips.

The goal is to help locals and travelers with their pet needs wether its for the day or overnight. Laura and wants to provide a safe space where pet owners know their animals will be taken care of with the same diligence that Laura and takes care of her own animals.
